Upon making contact with a prospective candidate, we employ a structured questionnaire to determine if your position's requirements and specified skill sets are met. Based on the successful outcome, a follow-up interview is personally conducted by a LINQ Group senior partner.
If we determine the candidate has potential for success within the role and professional culture of your organization, we work individually with the candidate to ensure that all parties have the information they need to make informed decisions. Based on our thorough understanding of your organization and the particular role, all candidates presented will have a good understanding of the expectations necessary to make an immediate positive contribution to your business.

Hiring Process
- Obtain detailed job specification from Client. If necessary, visit the Client to obtain the job spec and understand their requirements.
- Search databases. Advertise (if necessary). Source / headhunt.
- Short-list candidates who meet the inherent requirements of the specification. Set up initial phone screen.
- Conduct phone screen as per screening template and interview questions. Complete template.
- If candidate meets the criteria and appears to be a good fit, then forward completed screening template with CV/Resume and all relevant contact information to Account Manager. Try to arrange an interview time for Account Manager.
- Account Manager then interviews the candidate. If positive, Account Manager adds notes and obtains references.
- Only if applicable to certain Clients - conduct background check, investigation on candidate.
- Forward complete CV/Resume to client, most likely through email or hiring portal.
- Brief Client on short listed candidates, run through their work history and point out any important facts. Prefer phone call with Client, email this info as last resort.
- Clients decide on setting up an interview or not. If so, coordinate interview time with Client.
- Brief candidate on company and interview process.
- Follow up interviews and give feedback to both Client and candidate.
- If Client wants to make an offer, re-visit salary and expectations before verbalizing offer to candidate.
- Make offer on behalf of Client. Negotiate if necessary.
- Ensure candidate receives offer / letter of employment. Ensure letter is signed and returned to Client. Client may have internal background check conducted. At this point, Client is most likely facilitating the process directly with candidate.
- Send invoice to Client on first day of employment.
- Follow up with both Client and candidate on a regular basis to ensure all is going well.
