Client Direct Project Hire
LINQ Group realizes the industry has evolved and tries it's best to adapt quickly and effectively. There are times when a client wants to hire hourly contract personnel and pay them directly not through a third party. The reasons could be legal, compliance, customer, or financially driven. Under this scenario, we source and recruit consultants exactly as we do our standard consulting and staffing services model. However, the client is responsible for managing and paying the contract personnel directly. In return, LINQ Group receives an hourly fee for that individual's billable time.
Contract To Hire Option
Depending on each client's needs, LINQ Group offers a "Contract-to-Hire" option. This "try before you buy" approach takes the risk out of standard fulltime employment practices by hiring only proven commodities.
