Contract Recruiting

Do you have a special need to fill six or more positions?  Hiring a fulltime recruiter may not make fiscal sense.  Paying a contingency fee and dealing with multiple agencies is not personal enough. 

LINQ Group's typical recruiter has over 10 years of experience, usually a combination of both agency and client side recruiting.  A Contract Recruiter acts as a true business partner that bridges the gap between Line Management and Human Resources.  They will share their hiring expertise and guide your staff through the entire recruiting process.  We are able to deploy Contract Recruiters onsite anywhere in the US.

Retained Search

A Retained Search acts as a consulting search compared to a contingency search. The main difference between the two is with a retained search, LINQ Group has the opportunity to work closer with our Client, exclusive to the opening(s). Typically they are best suited for senior-level management and/or high-level sales & marketing positions that involve direct sourcing of passive candidates from the competition.

Retained Search is a dedicated search and usually the fee is slightly higher than contingency. The first third of the fee is paid initially to commence the search. The second third paid within thirty days after the search begins and the final third paid upon an offer given to the candidate.
